Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana 2024: As we all know, many schemes have been started by the Government of India to provide benefits and facilities to the citizens of the country. The Government of India runs different schemes for women, girls , youth and the elderly, so that all citizens get the benefit of government facilities. Due to this, the government has launched a new scheme for the laborers of the country, named Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana.
What is the Prime Minister's Shram Yogi Maandhan Scheme?
Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana has been started by the Government of India. Under this scheme, social and economic assistance will be given to the workers of the unorganized sector when they turn 60 years old, that is, under this scheme, the government is going to give a pension of Rs 3000 every month to the workers after they turn 60 years old. All the working class people of India can apply in this scheme. After getting benefits from this scheme, the workers will not have to depend on anyone else for their expenses in old age, so that they can live their life independently.
What are the rules and conditions for this yojana
Only those workers can avail the benefits of this scheme who follow all the rules given below and fulfill all the conditions.
- To avail the benefits of this scheme, the applicant must have a labour card.
- Only workers from the unorganized sector can apply in this scheme.
- If a worker's NPS, ESIC or EPF is deducted, he cannot avail the benefit of this scheme.
- To receive the pension amount, the beneficiary must apply for this scheme between 18 years to 40 years.
- The monthly salary of the applicant applying for this scheme should be 15000 or less.
- If the applicant has already applied for this scheme and dies due to any reason, then 50% of the pension amount will be provided to his family.
- No educational qualification has been prescribed to avail the benefits of this scheme.
- The benefit of this scheme will not be given to those applicants who are taking benefit of any other pension scheme.

How to apply for Prime Minister Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana?
- To avail the benefits of this scheme, the applicant has to go to the nearest Public Service Center with all his/her documents.
- After this, you have to submit all your documents to the CSC officer.
- After which the CSC Agent will fill your form and give you a printout of the form.
