Government of Gujarat Announced Covid-19 New Guideline : The government has put 20 new controls for third wave. There are three controls in 10 cities with night curfew and 17 rest in the rest of the state. 10 night curfew in the city, shops-lorries, hotels-restaurants and other areas, political-social events, weddings, funerals, public and private transport, cinema halls, gyms, waterpark-swimming pools, libraries, auditoriums, auditoriums, Restrictions have been imposed on public gardens, coaching centers from standard 9 to graduate, educational institutions, school-college, competitive-recruitment examinations, sports complexes.
Hotel-restaurants will continue with 75% of seating capacity
Hotel-restaurants with 75% of seating capacity will continue till 10:00 pm. Home delivery services in hotels / restaurants can be continued till 11:00 hrs.
- 400 people allowed at weddings and social occasions
- 100 persons allowed at the funeral
- Shops will be open until 10 p.m.
- The restaurant will be open until 10 a.m. with 75 percent capacity

Instructions to follow during night
- Sick persons, pregnant women, disabled persons will be allowed to travel with the attendant for treatment.
- Passengers will have to be allowed to travel by presenting train, airport, ST or city bus tickets.
- No public functions like political, social, educational, cultural, religious functions of any kind will be held during the night curfew period.
- Citizens / Officers / Employees associated with the required service will have to submit the required credentials as requested during the transfer.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, the persons who have come out will have to submit their identity card, doctor's prescription, medical documents and other proofs.
- The officer / employee on duty will have to show humane attitude along with the persons who have gone out in unavoidable circumstances.
- The notification has made a specific mention of wearing a face cover compulsorily in all public places, workplaces and public transport. The notification also states that a social distancing of at least six feet has to be maintained and spitting in public places will attract a fine according to provisions of the law.
